In Baranów Sandomierski is a late-Renaissance palace, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The household of Leszczyński house was built according to the plans by Santi Gucci between 1591-1606 on the old foundations of a previous fortress.

A part of the rooms there is available to visitors. In the basement there is a permanent exhibition of findings from the castle. It includes the biggest in Europe dugout canoe from a tree trunk, tile collection and a room dedicated to sulphur extraction.
