General terms and conditions of services

§ 1 Scope of application

This document applies to all passenger transport services provided by the Organizer, which were purchased by the Participant via the Website, Point of Sale or directly from the Organizer.


§ 2 Definitions

The following terms have the following meaning in these regulations:

Organizer - Leliwa Semper Katarzyna Pieprzycka, NIP 8732037277.

Address of the Organiser's Office dealing with Participants' matters, including complaints:

VisitTarnow.com - website - belonging to the Organizer, is used to conclude contracts for domestic passenger transport services.

 Transport service - group or individual passenger road transport service provided by vehicles belonging to the Organizer or third parties cooperating with the Organizer, on the terms specified individually with the Participant.

Participant - an individual or an organizer of group transport, who concluded a contract with the Organizer for the provision of transport service. If the plural is used, the term also applies to participants in a group transport organized by the organizer of a group transport.

Ticket / voucher - a document issued by the Point of Sale, confirming that the Participant's booked the transport service and paid for it.

Confirmation of booking - a document issued to the Participant by the Organizer in writing or electronically after booking the transport service and establishing the rules and prices for its provision.

Internet Portal - a website located at www.visittarnow.com, containing a description of transport services provided by the Organizer and enabling their booking.

Point of Sale - any place where you can book a transport service organized by the Organizer.


§ 3 Reservations

Reservations can be made:

a) via the booking form on the Website, by phone or via e-mail.

b) through the service purchase form available on the Website.

When making a reservation, the Participant is obliged to provide the following contact details: name, surname, telephone number, exact place of collection. The organizer of group transport is obliged to provide the name and surname of all Participants.

In the case of booking a transport service, which will also be used by minors who, due to their age, require a special seat or a child seat to perform the service, the Participant is obliged to indicate the number of such people.

The proof of booking and the payment for the service is a printed electronic booking confirmation sent to the Participant by e-mail by the Organizer, after the Participant has made the reservation.

 The participant is obliged to check if the data entered on the booking confirmation or ticket / voucher is correct.

Participants who do not have a ticket / voucher or a printed electronic proof of reservation compatible with their document, and the discrepancy indicates that they are not entitled to use the service, will not be allowed to participate in the transport service. A significant discrepancy is especially the discrepancy of the name or surname.

The Participant is obliged to pay the full amount for the service by transfer into the account or via the internet payment system, before the Organizer provides the service.

The Participant is allowed to take on board one piece of hand luggage, not more than 30 cm high, and one piece of full-size luggage while using the transport service. In the case of luggage exceeding the above limit, the rules and possible additional costs of its transport will be determined individually, at the time of booking. If the booking confirmation does not contain information about additional baggage, Participants are not entitled to have it while using the transport service.


 § 4 Withdrawal from the contract of transport

The participant, pursuant to art. 17 of the Transport Law Act is entitled to withdraw from the contract until the provision of the Transport Service starts. If the Participant exercises the right to withdraw, the Organizer is entitled to deduct from the agreed compensation remuneration within the meaning of Art. 17 section 4 of the Transport Law. The amount of the compensation fee is determined individually when making the reservation by the Participant.


 § 5 Provision of the Transport Service

In the case of a Transport Service in which Participants are picked up from an agreed accommodation facility, Participants will wait for the vehicle providing the Transport Service in front of the accommodation facility, punctually at the time indicated in the Booking Confirmation. The organizer informs about the possibility of a delay of 15 minutes in the event of heavy traffic.

In the case of a Transport Service with a meeting point designated by the Organizer, Participants will wait on time at the place indicated by the Organizer.

In case that the Participants do not appear at the previously agreed place - the driver tries to determine the place of the Participants' presence. If the absence of Participants is at fault, and the agreed Transport Service plan does not allow further waiting - the driver has the right to depart from the accommodation facility or meeting point. In this case, the Participants are required to cover the costs incurred by the Organizer in connection with the event.

The Participant is obliged to present the driver with a voucher / ticket or a printed electronic Booking Confirmation, which entitles him to participate in the Transport Service.

 The driver has the right to refuse to realize the Transport Service to a person who is drunk, under the influence of intoxicants or behaving in a different way that threatens other Participants or the driver. In this case, the Participant is entitled to reimbursement after deducting the compensation fee on the terms set out in Art. 17 section 4 of the Transport Law.

During the realization of the Transport Service, talking to the driver is prohibited.

The participant is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by him. The fee for disinfecting the vehicle is PLN 600.

If the vehicle is equipped with seat belts, the Participant is obliged to fasten them and use them as intended.

 A child under 12 years of age not exceeding 150 cm in height is transported in a safety seat or other device for transporting children, corresponding to the child's weight and height and technical conditions. The parent or guardian traveling with the child is obliged to provide the child with a safety seat. The child should stay in a secured safety seat throughout the journey, it is not allowed to carry children on the hands or on the knees.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and consumption of alcoholic beverages or other psychoactive substances on board the vehicle.

Persons under the age of 16 may participate in the Transport Service only under the supervision of an adult.

The organizer does not provide care for minors, including those traveling alone. Parents or legal guardians bear full civil liability for the actions of minors.


 § 6 Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, the Organizer undertakes to provide the Participants with competent information and to make every effort to minimize the effects of its occurrence.

If, as a result of force majeure, it is not possible to provide the Transport Service, the Participant is entitled to get full refund of the Organizer's remuneration.

 The maximum waiting time for the Participant in the event of events beyond the Organizer's control, which result in a change in the starting date of the Transport Service, including a delay or redirection of the Participant's flight, is two hours. After this period, if the fleet and staff are available and the Participant is still willing to use the Transport Service provided at the airport, an additional fee of 50% of the initial price is added to the price. In the event of events beyond the control of the Organizer, affecting the timing of the implementation of the Transport Service at another airport, the possibility of waiting longer than the statutory two hours is not guaranteed, and the Participant's ordering of an additional Transport Service requires the payment of the full price.

In the event of a breakdown of the vehicle to which the Transport Service is provided, the Organizer undertakes to provide it with a replacement vehicle.


 § 7 Complaints

The participant has the right to submit a complaint, which may be submitted in writing to the address of the Organizer's registered office or in electronic form to the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The organizer will consider the complaint within 30 days from the date of its submission.

If the complaint is not accepted, it will be rejected, about which the Participant will be informed in writing or in an electronic form, together with the justification for its rejection.


 § 8 Personal data

The Organizer is the administrator of the personal data provided by the Participant when making the reservation.

The participant has the right to access their personal data and the right to correct them. The participant may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by means of a declaration submitted to the Organiser's registered office or by e-mail to the address This email address is being protected from spambots. Any personal data provided by the Participant may be used only for the proper performance of the service.

Transaction data, e.g. credit card type, credit card number, expiry date, CVV number (three-digit code on the back of your credit card) are entered on a secure encrypted page.


 § 9 The right to transfer the rights to participate in the transport service

The participant may, without the consent of the Organizer, transfer all the rights to a person who meets the conditions for participation in the transport service, if that person takes over all obligations resulting from this contract.

Transfer of rights and assumption of obligations referred to in point 1, is effective against the Organizer, if the Participant notifies him about it before the commencement of the transport service, no later than 7.00 p.m. on the day preceding the date of commencement of the transport service.

The Participant and the person acquiring his rights jointly and severally are responsible for the unpaid part of the price or the transport service.

§10 Insurance

The vehicles used for the services are fully insured, as required under Polish law. The organizer has third party liability insurance (OC). The price of the service does not include any separate insurance of the participants. Passengers are advised to check their own travel insurance.


 §11 Final provisions

All relations between the Participant and the Organizer are subject to Polish law.

These GT are available to Participants at the Organiser's office and on the Website.

These GT apply only to Bookings made in the manner indicated in § 3 section 1.

These GT come into force on September 16, 2021.
